It started in 2019 with entity filings in the State of Nevada.

The purpose was to produce high quality teaching materials in the form of text documents (books) as well as to provide solid professional consulting services to Firefighters for Wildfire Suppression with an emphasis on matching thermal absorption of water to the thermal output of a fire. 

WAE produces 3 Books and does not sell them at any other site or location other than this website. We do not sell on Amazon or any other online book site. We do not contract with nor license anyone to sell the materials that are on this site!

The books are: (1) The Wildland Apparatus Engineer, Lessons in Wiland Fire Hydraulics and Formulas. (2) Wildland Apparatus Engineers Q-Ref. (3). Understanding the Capacities of the Mark III or any other Pump.

WAE does have other Items. These can be seen on this website and as with the Books, they too are NOT SOLD at any other venue or location.

The Core of the Business is the teaching of wildland fire hydraulics, how to determine the required flow rates and how to match pump flow rates to the fires energy output and teaching students how to determine resources and then re-arrange their resources to become much more effective and efficient.
