Online Store & Digital Products Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Physical Goods (Returns)

• You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging!
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase!

2. Digital Products (Non-Tangible, software, etc.)

• Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable files, online courses, software), we do not offer refunds once the product is downloaded or accessed.
• Exceptions: We will gladly offer a refund or exchange if the digital product is deemed defective, damaged, or not as described within 10 days of purchase.
• Please provide sufficient evidence (e.g., screenshots) of the technical issue.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital Files, PDF files, and spreadsheet files.
• Any Customized or personalized items.
• Any Items on final sale, i.e. discounted sales etc.

4. Refunds (Physical Goods)

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or banks policies. This part is beyond our control.

 Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable or reimbursable.
